I've had this account for quite awhile, and used it a little a while back, but back then i wasn't really serious about working out. I wanted to lose weight, but i didn't do anything about it. Now i'm back and i'm more than ready to do this for myself, so i can finally be at peace with myself and not hate the way i look! I tend to lack motivation though (i get discouraged easily as well, which is horrible) and i was wondering if anyone had and tips or anything they could share with me so i'll keep going and not quit like other times? Also, and other tips pertaining to weightloss would be greatly appreciated as well. Some of the success stories on here have really moved me and i can only hope to be as successful as some of you were/are during your weightloss journey! :heart: :smile:
