68 LB/31 KG Lost... Now I've Lost Motivation

Hi everyone,

I've lost 68 pounds/31 kilos over the past 2 years or so. I actually lost 35 KG/ 77LB but have gained a little. Ever since Christmas, I've really struggled to consistently eat to my calorie goal and get my weight loss back on track.

I'd like to lose at least another 20 pounds or 10 kilos.

I was so fueled with motivation last year. I never really pin-pointed what motivated me to lose weight, I just knew I had to do it. My husband and friends would sometimes say "I just don't know how you do it" or ask "How do you stay so motivated?" and I honestly didn't know - I wasn't trying to fit into skinny jeans, a bikini or a wedding dress. I just wanted to see the scale drop.

I feel like it's going to be really tough losing the 4-5 kilos I've gained this year because I feel like I'm back-peddling.

Does anyone have any tips on getting back on track?

I am in almost the EXACT same situation. It's like there was just a click last year that said, "Oh, I have to lose weight, NOW!" Somehow, I've slowly slipped back into the pattern of not getting up early to exercise every morning, and overeating "just a bit" several days a week. I'm not necessarily gaining weight, as I'm fluctuating the same 3 lbs or so, but I'm definitely not losing it either. I'm not sure I can give you much advice to regain motivation, but feel free to add me for support if you'd like.

I'm hoping others have some sound words of wisdom...
