Hi everyone!!!! A little over a year ago I was morbidly obese weighing 275 pounds before that I was 305, had lost nearly 75 pounds then some things changed in my life and I'm back to 230! At 5'6" I'm not huge but def not healthy. I just moved to a new area so I lost all my friends, so that lead me to a search of motivators online who are battling the same thing I am.... Weight loss. I'm excited to see what type of support I can find on here, also to help support a person in need of motivating as well! My name is Krystal I'm a wife/mother and I'm 25!
