I know that weight loss isn't linear. But I find it fascinating the way mine zigzags. I stick pretty consistently to the same calories. And boringly, pretty much the same sort of good every day. So I find the ups and downs interesting. And the pattern is quite predictable.

I would be really interested if anyone else felt like it.
