Not for me before I ask...
Has anyone done this and been able to keep weight off or is it as bad as I hear?
Again, not for me, a friend is doing it, and I'm trying to be supportive but all I read about it is bad.

I've heard too many scary stories for me to encourage anyone to do something like Lipotrim. Anything that involves meal or food replacement makes me sceptical. Food is fuel and it's also for enjoyment. Replacing it is illogical to me. Also maintaining the results you get from these things is extremely difficult too. Better for your friend to change his/her eating habits to something they can maintain permanently rather than go for a quick fix.0
