food swaps

i have currently found that eating pasta & rice bloats me is there any other foods i could eat to fill me apart from pasta & rice.
I'm eating plenty of fruit and vegtables

    presumably you mean alternative carbs?

    potato or sweet potato

    or just dont eat pasta and rice and have more veg and protein.

    I had a similiar experience. Quinoa or couscous seems to work for me and on the days i do eat pasta, rice, or even couscous or Quinoa i try to make an effort drink extra water. I dont know if this has any scientific basis but it has worked for me. Hope this helps

    Spaghetti Squash! Takes the flavor of whatever herbs, flavors you mix with it. I got a four year old to ask for seconds she liked it so much because even though she knew it wasn't pasta, it was close enough.

    You could try beans, pulses and lentils, all filling and full of protein.

    couscous is pasta, so if pasta makes you bloat that might not be a good choice.
