Are the calorie counter at the gyms accurate? also why should you eat your exercise calories when you lose weight quicker when you dont

If you are talking about the calorie count on treadmills and the like then no, I don't find them very accurate. Something like a Fitbit or equivalent would be much more accurate.
As for eating exercise calories, start with this thread. It is stickied at the top of the forum and has many answers to the usual questions we all had when we first came to MFP:

Your MFP calorie goal has your deficit built in, so you must eat back at least a portion of your exercise calories. The burns are just estimates, so some people reduce the margin of error by eating back half their exercise calories.
A healthy, sustainable loss is .5–2 lb. per week. Food is fuel, so you should be looking for the maximum number of calories at which you lose weight—never the minimum.
