Help!! Sweet Crunchy Cravings!!

Options
I'm down almost 40lbs and been doing fabulous on this way of eating! Somehow though, I've started getting cravings, for something sweet and crunchy just before bed! I've been grabbing a handful of Harvest Crunch Granola which is 105 calories for ⅓ cup! Eeek! Can I please get some ideas for a low calorie, low fat sweet and crunchy snack that I can just grab on the way up to bed?

I like a few almonds along with a banana,,not exactly low calorie but really satisfies and fills you up. This is my 'go to' afternoon snack quite often when the kids come home from school and start rummaging through the cupboards for carb snacks( my downfall)!

There are these caramel flavored mini rice cakes at the store that are delicious and only 60 cal per serving. They give you like 8 in a serving too.

I like fit & active smore snacks <3
But honestly, since I've started eating healthier I'd take a strawberry banana smoothie or yogurt over just about any sweet sugary snack lol
