so I've been back on my healthy "diet" and exercise routine for about five days and Ilost a pound already :) Ive always been able to lose weight easily when I put my mind to it but it just makes it so much easier to keep going when I see those numbers go down, and even better is the fact that my scale is actually struggling between 1 and 2 lbs weight loss ! Im only counting one pound until it actually stays on the lower number though :)
