I just wanted to share with you one of my biggest success tips. I have never been overweight (have fluctuated like anyone else) but my biggest aid is tuning into my body. This will apply to both diet & exercise. When I am craving something like a burger and fries, I make a healthy alternative at home with lean ground organic beef & a baked potato! With exercise, I tune in to what I want to do. Sometimes it's yoga, sometimes it's a walk, sometimes it's strength training... sometimes it's all of them! I just wanted to remind everyone how important it is to listen to your body or else satisfaction & happiness which should follow the results are hard to achieve. It's all about the physical AND mental balance :) Hope this helps as I continue down this healthy lifestyle path myself!!
