100lb Challenge **MAY**

It's May first everyone! Let's hope May is better than April!!!!

Started MFP 2-19-08 @ 234 lbs

4-1 224
4-15 222
5-1 221

Only down one pound for the last part of April, but it could've been much worse. I need to exercise more. However, I am down a total of 22 inches since I started measuring on 2-27. My goal for May 15 is to be at 218, and for May 31 to be at 214.

    oopps i posted my weight for today in the **APRIL**one .....


    so i started with this challenge on april 2 with a weight of 242

    today may 1 my weight is 238


    4 pounds down last month ... i was hoping for more but hopefully this month will be better

    Started my new lifestyle on September 6, 2007: 270 lbs
    Weight as of last week: 193
    Weight as of today: 189
    Pounds lost this week: 4
    Pounds lost total: 81
    Goal weight: 135
    Pounds to get there: 54

    I'm not really sure how I lost 4 lbs this week, but I have changed things up a bit! I have been eating more of my exercise calories than I was (like close to 1800) and on the days I don't work out, I have been staying around 1450ish.... I also upped the level on the elliptical another notch which may have helped too.

    Either way, I am HAPPY!!!

    I've never done one of these before, but here we go...I'll try!!!

    Started on MFP on April 13th, 2008: 260 lbs.

    Weight today: 247 lbs.

    Down 13 pounds last month. My goal for May is 8 pounds.

    My end goal is 160 lbs. (for now)

    19 pounds down so far.:smile:

    Okay I'm new to the challenge, and I don't have a total of 100 lbs to lose, but I have 61.5 lbs left to lose.

    I started a couple months ago with a weight of 222.5 lbs

    And Today May 1st: 211.5 lbs, so I've lost 11 lbs

    Last week I weighed 222 lbs
    This week I weigh 221 lbs

    1 lb loss this week and 69 lb loss so far!!!!!!! Only 31 lbs more to go!!!

    That is fantastic!! Congrats!! WOW, I cannot believe how many people are succeeding at doing this the healthy way. Hopefully this will inspire others to just take it slow and healthy and you WILL get there!
