OK, that was actually an accident -- the link was broken! lol Now I don't know whether that or the original intent is better. But here's the working link:

    "Putting on muscle as a natural athlete actually takes a very long time, a lot of consistency, and definetly patience. If putting on muscle were that easy you would see a lot more big bulky women"

    This should be wriiten on every thread started by someone who started on the elliptical 2 weeks ago, who posts a topic thinking they gained muscle.

    Gosh darnit and I thought the definition I'm starting to see is from gaining muscle at a deficit.

    Just kidding!

    @1:35 BAAHAHAHAHAHAH

    That Was GREAT!!!! I couldn't stop laughing.

    Anyway, I think that women who post stuff like "I don't want to get bulky" aren't working nearly hard enough to get cut let alone bulky. Also, I don't think they exercise at all.

    To me, TO ME (that means MY opinion which may be wrong), I think chicks write that stuff because they really aren't going to commit to fitness and just need a great justification to not do it.

    That's just me.

    People seriously think they gained muscle from two weeks on the elliptical? Oh god. I can't imagine what I've done to my poor legs with all that muscle I mysteriously haven't gained from a year of the elliptical. :noway:
