It's been just over a year and I'm close enough to where I want to be that I'm calling these the "afters" lol IPAkiller don't make me regret this :P
I eat what I want, as long as I get my 120g protein and my fats are adequate. I started off cutting out carbs and sugar, then grains and finally I said BALLZ cause who can do that for life... and moved to IIFYM. I'm 5'6" and currently 155lbs which is a far cry from the 225lbs I weighed when I took these grizzly pics. As embarrassing as it is to post the before pics, I'm gonna do it anyways so that maybe some other women who are just starting keep going
I'd like to lose another 15-20lbs and eventually do MY FIRST BULK

I can't believe I didn't put that in! YES, I love lifting heavy things
Squat: 185 but I look like Bambi, 170 is probably more honest :P (started with 65)
Bench: 100lbs (started with the bar)
Row: 85lbs (started with, can't recall :P)
Deadlift: 200lbs (started with 75lbs)
OHP: 70lbs (started with the bar, and it was painful, HATE OHP lol)0 -

No, I don't do much other than parking far when it's not freezing cold and lifting every other day. I don't log exercise or eat it back, I have enough data through logging that I just go by my observed TDEE which is about 1850 due to lazy lol0 -

You look stunning! And I think you were just what I needed today. I've had a couple of rough days and seeing you, close to where I started and definitely what I've set a goal towards (between the heavy lifting, the current 'after/during' weight & visible muscles) reminds me that it's possible.
