Want max muscle gains - weight loss not needed. help!

Hello!

What routine would you recommend for me (34 yr/F/105lbs)? I don't need to lose weight. I actually need to gain to look healthier, but of course want to do it in a healthy way. I'm thinking 3 full body workouts in addition to my cardio which I will cut back on once I start ST. I'd like to lift HEAVY for maximum gains.

Can someone point me in the right direction of what workout would be best? I'm not looking to purchase anything, so youtube channels, online workouts, etc would be appreciated. I have lots of dumbbells and an exercise ball at home.
