Going on holiday includes lots of eating out, but this time I need your help! Does anyone have any tips to avoid binging out on food.
we are going away on Friday on a family trip first stop London for a few nights that involves camping im hoping to get jogging twice a day and a lot of walking will be involved so that should burn some of the calories. Second stop is Paris you know that's where its going with calorie control probably 1000 calories in one cake or something like that.
So if you have any tips on how to avoid those cravings please let me know how that would be appreciated.

Hit up the local grocer for a stock of veggies to nibble on. If you can get a small cooler bag, even better. If you carry dense fruit and veg everywhere you go, you won't be dying and as tempted for the chocolate croissant! LOL But you should totally have one. Make the best choices you can, allow yourself one major indulgence each day - after all this is holiday! I'd restock your healthy snacks every day or three, depending on when you are near things. I'm not as familiar with the seasons, but aren't those cities famous for farmer's markets? Just don't spend the time arguing with yourself. Life is for living! Be reasonable, but deny guilt. Be conscious in each choice you make, and accept them. Moderation is key! Have a blast!!0

Try to make good selections most of the time and allow for an indulgence once a day or so. Look for baked or grilled items, without sauce or get the sauce on the side so you can control the amount where possible. Load up on veggies for your side dishes. Just try to pick out the healthiest options from what is available then find something incredibly yummy for a treat.0
