Pretty much a general rule - if it tastes good, and doesn't make me sick, I'll eat it. Granted, personally I don't eat a lot of fast food and when I do Mickey D's is far from my first choice... what affects one person may not affect another.

It actually kinda looks like soft serve strawberry ice cream. Hm.

Thats really nasty...I know for a fact now I'm not going to be able to pick at the nuggets at work (which is a good thing) now...or even feed my kids (yes bad mommy) those things again.

That site is also just speculating that the image is fake without any evidence.
