Side Dish for Easter Ham?

The in-laws are coming over for Easter late lunch/early dinner.

The plan is a spiral ham, sugarsnap peas, popovers with honey butter and probably a strawberry rhubarb dessert.

I need a side dish of some sort. I feel like I always make those cheesy hashbrowns and am kind of over them.

Ideas?

One year, I did a Martha Stewart recipe for a potato gruyere gratin, it was delicious. Or if you're looking for something healthier, how about braised radishes and greens? Colorful, seasonal, and tasty. Your menu sounds great though! Yum.

Have you thought possibly of a fruit salad? Tons of them on Pinterest. Love that site for awesome ideas. Something else maybe a candied sweet potato dish with pecans. My family favorite @Easter.
