Side Dish for Easter Ham?
Options
The in-laws are coming over for Easter late lunch/early dinner.
The plan is a spiral ham, sugarsnap peas, popovers with honey butter and probably a strawberry rhubarb dessert.
I need a side dish of some sort. I feel like I always make those cheesy hashbrowns and am kind of over them.
Ideas?

One year, I did a Martha Stewart recipe for a potato gruyere gratin, it was delicious. Or if you're looking for something healthier, how about braised radishes and greens? Colorful, seasonal, and tasty. Your menu sounds great though! Yum.0
