The little things...

So. My job, like a lot of people on MFP, has me sitting at a desk 8 - 10 hours a day. I have a rule that I don't go for more than 2 hours without some kind of quick exercise break, just to keep myself from going completely crazy. This means lots of 2-minute jumping jack intervals throughout the day. I'm wondering if there's a general consensus on whether these mini-breaks are something that should be added in the exercise log, or considered when calculating a calorie deficit? Thanks for any advice you can give...I'd also love ideas for other quick, small-space exercise breaks if anyone has a favorite!
