Please read - I'm ready to recover and I need help!

Ok, so, I'm going to make an extremely long story short. First of all, I've been suffering from anorexia/binge disorder pretty consistently for the past 2 years. I will go from periods of extreme restricting (weeks or months) and then binge here and there. The past couple of months however, I have been over-eating and having binge urges like crazy. I know the reason for this is because I am so obsessed with restricting my calories and losing weight. Some weeks I aim for only 500 cal a day + exercise. And it's been going on for so long I think my body is finally just done - like I honestly cannot resist the urge to eat more food anymore... It's never anything too crazy though - I think the highest amount of calories Ive consumed in one day within the past month is probably somewhere around 2000. Just so you know, my binges aren't CRAZY binges. I've probably never consumed more than 2000 calories in one day ever in my life. With that said, I still feel like absolute **** if I eat over my "daily" allowance. Even if I eat 900 calories I feel awful. I

I'm 125 pounds at 5''4 and I still want to lose 15 pounds. That's why I constantly restrict my calories. I don't want to restrict anymore though! I want to lose weight like a normal person at 1200 calories!

*** So, here's my question: If I start eating 1200 calories consistently per day + exercise, will I start to lose weight? Could I eventually get down to 110 pounds?
*** Since I have not been consistently sticking with a severely low limit of calories for the past few months, do you think I would still gain "recovery" weight if I started with a consistent 1200 calories/ day?

Thanks SO much for reading!!

You really need to see a doctor. They can get you hooked up with someone who treats eating disorders. Trying to do it on your own isn't working and truly, taking advise from us could be more harmful than good.
