28 year old Army Soldier, injured last year, gained around 30 pounds on bed rest. my normal height is 5ft6inch :smooched: weight is about 150 to 155lbs I am currently at 170 and started at 182. I would like to lose 20 more, but i feel a lack of motivation coming back:yawn: .
