I'm currently using Turbo Jam. I love it. It's fun, and quick. My energy levels are up and my crave to eat more is down.     I have to admit I love the workout that I get from turbo jam but am just not a fan of Chalene, something about her gets on my nerves. LOL but that's just mean, it's a fantastic workout and I have never sweat so much in my life and feel fantastic after it's over with.
