Hello - My name is Dianna. Over the last 8 years I have gotten pretty lazy. Now it a must that I take my weight off. My heaviest weight is 306 lbs. I went to my doctor because i could not move without feeling like I was going to die. My legs would swell up they looked like they were going to rip. So I went to a new doctor who listened. To help me start out he put me on Phentomine, water pill and Potasseum. As of today I have gone from 306 to 282. Depending on the day. But now it is all on my own. He took me off the phentamine. I pretty much need to drop a whole person to be health. So I am starting over today

You can do this. It is a long journey, but there are plenty of encouraging people on this site to help you along the way. You are more than welcome to add me as a friend on here. Please remember that we did not get ourselves this way overnight and we will not get ourselves into a healthy weight range overnight either. You are beautiful and strong. Use this website and log EVERYTHING. It will make a big difference. Do not worry about little setbacks. Just get right back on the horse and keep heading toward the sunset! You can, and will, do this.

I'm also starting over. At my heaviest I was 233lbs. I had lost all the way down to 185. Now add trying to move, my house not being ready so I had to stay with my sis and mom for a month. (2 br apartment with my 2 kids) No room to do my usual exercise and just plain depressed. I am now 210lbs. I was sooo disappointed. I look at my size 14 jeans that I wore just last year and want to cry. So now I am trying to get back on the saddle and it is so hard to lose the pounds I put back on. Even harder than when I first lost the weight. I just try to stay encouraged, try not look at the scale too often and remember that everyone has set backs. It's how you come back from them that counts. :)
