So, I was doing a search yesterday for low sodium soups to make. I came across this site by accident. I haven't tried any of the recipes, but some of them look downright tasty! There's quite a variety from main dishes to desserts, appetizers to side dishes and more!
Oh, it's free and gives the nutrition label, too! :)

    Thanks! I saw a chicken corn soup that sounds tasty. I am watching my sodium more than my calories so this is a big help.
