Beet recipes pls

Just bought my first bundle of beets with the greens attached....I have never cooked beets but order it often in restaurants, mostly as a nice salad with other vegetables and some type of cheese, yummy! But have no idea of the best way to cook beets, seems like there are a few different ways. Also would love beet greens recipes. Thanks a bunch!
