Need some help!

Hey guys I'm new here! I have been working out off and on for the past few years and have lost ten to fifteen pounds and am looking to really dedicate myself this time! I am tired of feeling like crap. I'm ready to lose about 30lbs as my first goal. I have tried a lot and recording my calories has been a shocker! I had no idea how many calories I was eating so I hope this is the trick! Just got home from my 30 min jog/run! I feel healthy at heart but my body doesn't look like it so here we go! Please add me I have been logging every day and would love support! I am 25 and work out daily and post food and workout! Thanks for reading everyone!
