Meal Replacement and New Goals :)

Hi My name is Esso and I finally decided to really put my all in losing weight, and by doing that I realize that I'm going to have to also make a lifestyle change, therefore while I was doing some research I decided to include meal replacement milkshakes in my calorie intake and I'm dance exercising two times a day (20 minutes each time). Right now I weight 220 and I'm 5ft 3in, which is bad but my goal is 30 pounds and to go from there. If anyone is or has used meal replacements before let me know the good and the bad. I still have craving now and then, but I'm doing my best to control them because I know that my health depends on sticking to this. Add me if you'd like, I'd like some friends on this journey :)
