Foundation Training

Does anyone here do Dr. Eric Goodman's Foundation Training? There was an older thread on this (from last year), so I decided to make a new one. Over the last few months, I've finally been working on my lifelong poor posture. I was able to remember to try to stop slouching, but I really wasn't doing it right, and pretty quickly I found myself with back pain, and later shin splints from a long, hard backcountry hike where I clearly was out of proper mobility alignment. Last month, I stumbled upon the free Foundation Training videos and tried some of the workouts. The premise made sense: You decompress your spine, you straighten out, you strengthen your core, and learn how to move properly. I was so impressed with the free stuff that I bought the book, and then the DVD. It's awesome. I'm moving, sitting, standing, walking, etc. differently, and it simply feels right. You will shake and sweat while doing these stretches! I do have some soreness from working my back muscles (still rehabbing the shin splints too), but I can feel vastly improved strength and natural supported posture and movement. Since it does feel natural, it quickly becomes habitual. I've only been doing the first four videos, but I do it every night, and it feels great. Highly recommended.
