Any fitness-freaks/runners out there?!:)

Hey everyone!
I'm completely new to this and need a couple of people to keep up the motivation.
I'm generally extremely into fitness and run, bike, swim, climb, do cross fit and ski or play beach volleyball depending on the season.
About four weeks ago I tripped while running and sprained my ankle... So I'm not allowed to run for six week total, got 15 more days (imagine how pissed I was when I had to cancel my half marathon last week!)

Anyways. I figured this would be a good time to lose a couple of pounds, so I'll be leaner when I get back into training for my next half or full. Also because I maybe want to start training for a triathlon.
I don't really have a goal weight per say.. Plus it's been difficult losing weight because I incorporate a lot of weight training too, so I'm kind of stuck! But I guess I'd ultimately like to get to about.. 145 lbs maybe.. (That's around 10-12lbs from where I'm at now).
I'm 5'9'' and 21 ;)

SO YEAH! Anyways! If there's anyone around who can relate and wants to add me...
