NSV versus Scale victories

Which makes you happier?

The reason I ask is that I have achieved a few of my NSV in the last 70 days, but only just achieved my first scale victory. And I admit I cried when I made the scale victory. An example of the goals/victories are listed below.

NSV:
Work out aleast 5 times a week for a whole month. - Achieved
Lose 4 inches off my hips. - Achieved
Lose 2 inces off my waist/Air Force Waist.
Complete 20 continous double-unders by 1 May
Progress to 18.5" box for box jumps by 1 June
Complete the C25K program by 15 June
Log every bite and drink for two weeks straight.
Run 100 meters without my inhaler - Achieved
Run 400 meters without my inhaler
Run 800 meters without my inhaler
Run 1 mile without my inhaler
Run 1.5 mile without my inhaler

Scale Victories:
Lose 5lbs - Achieved
Lose 10lbs overall
Lose 15lbs overall
etc. until final goal of lose 50lbs overall.

When I started only scale victories mattered but as time went on and the scale moved slower and slower NSV s like yesterday I wore my old size 10 trousers to work quite comfortably that before wouldn't have even done up was super exciting and the night before I ran 2.1 miles non stop the furthest ever I am just delighted!
