I'm into day 9 of P90x3 but am going to start again as I don't feel I've been pushing it enough. Its partly due tot he fact that I had to keep stopping to check out the exercises but also as I was underestimating what weights to use. I'd be really interested to know what weights people have been using. I know its individual but I'm a female who has done a bit of Chalean Extreme but not much.

I'm just finishing up X3 this week. It can definitely be frustrating when you feel like you don't know the moves, especially since they move so quickly from one to the other, but I wouldn't get too discouraged. 90 days is a long program, and you'll have plenty of time to get familiar with everything.

My advice on weights is to choose a weight for the move that allows you to do the move with good form for at least 10 reps. If you can do it easily for more than 10, pick a heavier weight. That said, I didn't go really heavy on anything until the third month.
