Just went "Over the Hill", and looking for others that can relate.
Started my weight loss at 49 so that I could get a running start at 50 and have done fairly well. lately it seems that I have hit a plateau and just can't get that last 15 or so pounds off... since turning 50 I have gotten off the couch and started running again, Just completed the CRBR (10k) in Charleston last week. Also for my 50th birthday I bought a wakeboard and learned how to do that last year. Ok so,,, not real good at it yet, but at least I can stand up and it is great exercise.
Also I am on Fitbit if you would like to friend me there also, here is a link for that...

Regarding your plateau, you probably already know this but … My advice would be to shake up your routine -- different exercises or activities, even a diet that differs from your typical fare -- whatever it takes to force your body to keep adjusting. Exercise efficiency (which develops from a routine) is good for performance, but bad for body fat loss.0
