..done the 30 Day Shred and NOT lost weight?
I'm on Day 9 (Level 1) and haven't lost anything. Finding it really tough due to health conditions, but I'm still just about getting through it. But I'm getting disheartened. I'm eating between 1200-1400 on average, no different from normal. Just wondered if anyone else had similar experiences? Prior to 30DS my exercise was solely cardio - swimming, usually 3x a week. I've been 3x in the past week so haven't dropped that too much. Am I doing something wrong?

my first round I didn't lose as much as I should have but I wasn't weighing my food...as soon as I started doing that (weighing my food and being accurate with my logging) I went from 1/2lb a week to 1lb a week.
As well if this is a new exercise you could be retaining water and you will see that go in 2-4 weeks.0 -
Haven't done that program but weight loss takes time to come off - be patient it will happen0

How do you track your calories burned? Do you use a HRM(heart rate monitor) or do you just log it under whatever MFP gives you? Maybe you need more calories, or the right kind of calories. Are you drinking enough water?0

With Jillian workouts I always think results are better measured with a tape measure rather than a scale.0

I don't use a HRM, I go by MFP, but I don't eat back all my exercise calories, max 50%. My calories vary from 1200-1500 daily. Maybe I'm just not drinking enough?0

This and if you're not eating your exercise calories you ought to be eating at your TDEE to fuel your workouts.
Yes more water will help.0
