Bought my first measure tape.

It works!

I don't know if it this was right..I took the tape between my belly button and measure that way...if its accurate. I did my upper leg..bustline, and my upper arms...I see a grey thing that has a small hole..I just did it to the end of that grey thing..is that right? Man i hope i came up with the right numbers..

    It should be. Most tapes include the metal part as part of that first inch.

    As long as you do it the same time every time it doesn't matter how you measure. Remember you are only comparing the measurement to your previous one so keep it consistant and you will see the results!

    Measuring is a great way to track your progress. I have weeks when the scale hardly moves but the tape measure results clearly show my progress!

    What I always wondered, is how do you make sure your measuring the same spot each time? Like a thigh...if you measure high up, and then the next time measure a little lower, its going to look like inch loss, just because of the shape.... That's what always makes me worry...
