how many calories should be burmed per day?

Im wanting to lose weight, obviously. Right now i workout 2 times a day on my gazelle, typically burn about 120 calories each time. Every other day on top of doing the gazelle i go to the gym as well. Just curious if im doing too much, or not enough..

Doing light aerobic activity like that is pretty much only good for letting you eat more food and still have a weight loss. If that's all you want, then no reason to change.
If you want to improve your health, lower your cholesterol, increase your heart strength, get more endorphins, improve your endurance, etc, etc, etc you probably want to increase the intensity of your workouts.
Of course, you simply said 'go to the gym' which could be dang near anything. Maybe you hit it hard there putting up 20,000 pounds in 30 minutes or hit a couple of weight machines for 3 sets of 30 reps. Maybe you just walk on a treadmill or blow out the elliptical on high resistance at 80 strides per minute. No clue.0
