Hey there
I bought a few kgs of coconut flour but I haven't been successful with finding recipes and I tried a few on my own which did not turn out well with coconut flour lol the texture was way to crumbly.
Does anyone have some great recipes to share?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

If you like curries, many include a tbsp of ground coconut. The flour would be fine to use. Indian vegetable soups often have coconut powder in them, again about a tbsp. it does float about in the soup but we like the texture and rich flavor it imparts. You can add a tbsp or two to cookie dough, it will give a mild nutty flavor. You could add a few tbsp to German chocolate or coconut cake batter to enrich it. Anything you would give a nutty flavor would be a good match. Use in place of peanuts or peanut butter. Like in satay.0

Oh thats a wodnerful Idea, I never thought of it. I often use it to make pancakes thats all. But I will try to incorporate it with other bake goods and soups. Sounds delicious, I love curries! Thanks a bunch!0 -
coconut flour with egg whites could make a pretty cool pancake idea. Maybe mix it some chocolate or vanilla protein powder too.0
