Coconut peanut butter balls - 50 cals each
I had some leftover peanut butter and raisins in my cupboard, and thought I might combine them. And then I rolled them in coconut for bite sized awesomeness at around 50 cals each!

Everyone in the office loved them - especially not having any added refined sugar and all natural ingredients!!
Please enjoy ...

Sounds yummy. I made honey balls the other day that came out really good. 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup powdered milk. Mix together and then work with your hands until it is a little shiny. Roll into balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
I will definitely try your recipe though.0
