Shopping Lists?

I'm interested to see peoples shopping lists. May give me some ideas of what kind of healthy foods to add to my diet.

    These lists will def vary mine i dont think is much special......but here is some of the things i get:

    - almond milk unsweetened
    - eggs
    - egg whites
    - some type of fruit (usually apples/bananas are fresh the rest frozen) and veggy both fresh and frozen
    - greek yogurt plain 0%
    - granola (so many varieties!)
    - popcorn
    - low fat cottage cheese
    -turkey pepperoni
    -salsa
    - brown rice
    -sweet potatoe
    - instant no fat no sugar pudding mixes and jello
    -frozen greek yogurt (like skinny cow/weight watchers/healthy choice)

    meats I'll plan for:

    - buffalo bison steaks (i want to have bison every day....)
    - shrimp
    - fish (salmon/tillapia/cod)
    - tuna
    -chicken


    I make smoothies and waffles out of protein powder combinations and fruits. Also yogurt, granola and fruit is a good meal. I've started to expand the meals i can make and bought some meusli and buckwheat stuff to try.
