How many calories should I eat? I've become more active.

I originally made my calorie limit on here 1500, but I was not very active then. Most of my days were spent sitting at a computer. I have a Gold's Gym membership now though, and I've been burning around 500 or more calories every day. I was wondering if I should up my calorie limit from 1540 to something higher. Yesterday I even burned 1000!

    You should be eating a portion of your exercise calories back (that's how mfp works) so it sounds like your not doing that. So i'd personally start at around 50% of them and then you can adjust depending on outcomes
