Friends, please!

Hiya everyone. Don't wanna bore you with all my story but been here before lost 60lbs or so, felt great. Break up happened, child happened, lost my job, moved away, life happened. Put it all back on plus some in a little over a year (ouch).

I've a 3 and a half year old son and a partner. We all eat the same foods, but they're both alot more active than me as at the moment I don't work and so, well I'm fat, and it's not so much that I dislike myself (I'm totally fine with how I look) but I know it shouldn't be this way. I've been toying with coming back for a few months now but know I can't put off being healthy forever.

As it stands I'm getting bigger and bigger and if I'm honest with myself I stepped on the scales (those nasty things!) this afternoon and it sprung to 16st 1! Over 16 stone. At 5'3. Ouch! Along with the crappy feeling that it's April and I've done NOTHING at all this year with my life, I'm thinking it's time for me and it's time for change.

I can't forget how helpful my friends were last time they really kept me so on track so I'd like some new ones please!

Add me! I'm a 22 year old mum living in England UK who has so much time to waste but needs a bit of motivation from time to time. :-)

    I have been there and almost am right now. I lost nearly 60 pounds, then put 30 back on over the course of a few years. Though I definitely cut back on exercise I mostly blame the worst breakup of my life and bad eating.

    Nevertheless, I tried to snap out of my downward spiral in January and lost 13 pounds. Then in Feb/March I put almost all of it back on.

    I finally snapped again a couple days ago and am eating right, exercising, and keeping in a positive frame of mind. I'm also looking for friends to keep me motivated and accountable.

    You can do this! Let's cheer on one another.
