I'm a mom of two little kids, my youngest being 1, started at 172.2 and only 5 foot, I knew I had to lose the weight, my goal weight was 140, so after 4 months of MFP and doing exercise 6 days a week I've reached my goal. I'm wanting to maintain now and not sure how to go about it. Can I reduce exercise days to 3-4 other than daily walks or so? Or should I keep up 6 days a week? I plan to keep up with calorie tracking on here, so do i keep my calorie intake at the 1200 its set at? Any advice is appreciated!!

Go to MFP goals and set your goals to maintain - 0 pounds/week lost. That increases your calories and should give you a good starting point for trying out maintenance.
If you want to ease into it, you can start by first saying you want to lose half a pound a week and see how that goes. It will give you a 250 calorie/day deficit.
Exercise as much or little as you like. Exercise seems to really help keep people from regaining and it will definitely make you look and feel better. Make sure whatever you do is reflected in your calorie calculations.
The important thing is to keep measuring or weighing and adjust your exercise and calories as needed. Also note a lot of people immediately bounce up 3-5 pounds.

Thank you for your response! I changed my goals to maintain current weight and it took me from 1200 to 2070 so definitely not doing that yet lol! I will definitely keep reweighing and keep good track, thank you!!0
