Calories calculating too low.

When I put in my weight and activity it says that I should be eating 1500 calories a day.. That seems too low, most sites put it up over 2000. It's rather confusing, I don't want to starve my body... Anyone else run into this problem?

hmmm...if you put sedentary yes that would make it appropriate...

I eat 1700 a day tho and lose 3/4lb a week on average so I suspect you could eat more. I do however lift 3x a week and try to get 2x HIIT in there as well...

With 128lbs to lose put in lightly active perhaps and see what it gives you...
  • I put in that I exercise atleast 3 times a week. I do about 30-50 mins of walking/cardio 4 times a week. so yah eating more is probably a good idea.

MPF will dip down to 1200 if you say you want to lose 2lbs a week. Check what you put for your weekly goal and adjust. Might help, otherwise just manually adjust as necessary?
