......my butt itches a lot when i exercise. It's so embarrassing i had to make this account to open up about it. I am serious you guys. It's so bad i have to sneak in scratches when i'm at the gym. What can i do about it? I'm afraid it's fungus or something.

I suggest you try this next time you're at the gym. If anyone asks just tell them it's part of your crossfit WOD.

Well, now we know what the problem is.0 -
Is this problem new and only when you exercise? Maybe it's the type of workout clothes you are wearing or a weird reaction to the detergent you wash them in.0

Sometiimes the nerve endings are close to the surface and if there is cooling down it will make it itch. Baby powder might help. Whatever you do don't scratch it because that will just exascerbate the problem. Did you change soap, bathroom tissue or laundry detergent? It could be as simple as that. Good luck because I don't think you want to go to the groomer to get you anal glands cleaned.:noway:0

I use Tide Sport for my laundry and Dial soap where the sun don't shine. Maybe i am more sensitive to stuff than i thought?0

Interesting, these are the exact two soaps I am allergic to. Maybe try switching to something softer and see if it helps?0 -
