Carb counting

Wondering if anyone else is watching there carb intake. I'm looking for new recipes to try. Thanks.

    To lower your carb intake - eat 1/2 a baked potato or 1 serving of pasta or an open faced sandwich....there you go - 1/2 the carbs you'd normally have! Enjoy

    lol... everyone has jokes. Well I started the low carb diet Monday. I am just eating same ole same ole, meat, veggies, cheese and eggs. No sugar, bread, white stuff etc.
