We can step on the scale and accept the numbers for what they are

    That is 100% true!!! As long as we are healthy in our own skin is what is most important.

    I agree because the number on the scale is not a complete indication of your weight loss or gain efforts. There are a lot of things the body goes through that the scale doesn't account for.
