I found this recipe & just thought i'd share

"FRIED" HONEY BANANAS...Great dessert without the guilt!
Serves 1
1 slightly under-ripened banana, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
Cinnamon
Olive oil

Lightly drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Are you familiar with Plantains? They are of the same class as the bananas... They are already sweet and you can just fry them straight. It's a Jamaican thing and it's so yummy.

Yes, but unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere in the middle of nowhere & there aren't any stores here that sell them.

I make something like this from skinnytaste.com. Save a few calories and just split an overripe banana in half, drizzle with 1 tsp. honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on how soft you like it. Delicious!
