Working Out & Eating Well

Do you ever find that when you are committed to working out and in a good schedule/routine that you find yourself falling of the wagon with your eating and vice versa?

A month or two ago I was really into strength training and working out consistently on top of running daily, but my eating was not as good. I was seeing a lot of success and was overall happy with my body.

Now I'm the opposite and my eating is improving whereas the only exercise I get is on my daily run.

How do you get to find a happy medium to where you are doing both but not obsessing over both? I have found that I'm a very all or nothing person when it comes to weight loss and working out, but I need to find a liveable way to do both and see success.

I'm not so much concerned with the scale, however I would like to tone up and be healthier overall, which is why I want to find a way to make this lifestyle change last.

    Education and practice!

The more you educated yourself on the scientific facts about weight loss and management the better you would be able to find a balance by practicing until you find a plan that works for you.

    ...and patience.
