Has anyone noticed an improvement on their general energy levels after eating a clif bar? I've only done this a few times, but I seem to run better if I have a bar about an hour before I go for a run. Is it mental or does anyone else experience this?

I generally have one on my rest stop during my long rides on the weekends. I also pack them when I'm hiking. They are a great boost of energy...nice quick carbs.0

I usually have on for breakfast and it keeps me full until just about lunch time, so I don't snack in between. I love them.0
