Logging Pork Ribs

I'd like to use an entry for pork ribs without the asterisk, but I can't find any. All of the user added entries for pork ribs are completely different from one another. Is there a non-asterisk entry that any of you use for what I want to log, or am I just going to have to do my best guesstimation of which user entry seems the most accurate? I can't imagine why there wouldn't be an existing entry for ribs, so maybe I just missed it?
