Staying with it

Hello,
New to site :) in the past year I have went from 140 to 200 pounds. My weight have been up & down like Oprah Winfrey over the years. I have never had this hard of a time sticking to something more than a few weeks. I just say to hell with it very quickly. I know depression has a lot to do with it. Hard to believe a year ago I was wear short shorts & mini shirts :( thanks for letting me vent.

    It takes time to get use to something new. Hang in there and you'll get it.

    MFP is really good for motivation, inspiration and support. Each day is a brand new day, if you have a small blip, no worries, get back on the horse the next day. I suggest you browse the forums and blogs. It helps knowing people have had similar issues, or struggle with similar problems, and how they have coped with it, what works and what doesn't work. Add friends. Log food, exercise and water. And persevere.
