Exercise leaves you sweaty, and gross. Lets see!

As someone who has been successfully exercising with Youtube videos for over a year now, I consider myself somewhat of a fitness guru. In my time as a chubby fella, I was always discouraged by fitness programs starring perfect looking models who were never tired or fatigued by the exercise. Now I know that workouts leave you panting, red, stinky, and damp in certain areas, and that's a very good thing. A good workout should kick your rump no matter what your fitness level is. If you finish your workout and don't look like what the athletic cat dragged in, you're doing it wrong. So lets celebrate our fitness by posting unflattering post-workout pictures. It doesn't matter if you ran, lifted, waddled, curled, danced, walked, HIITed, or whatever, I just want you to show everyone that when you workout, you should look like crap. Pictures can be of your face, full body, neck down, what have you.

I went with just my face, as I wasn't wearing any pants at the time of the workout. (Wouldn't you know it? I'm still not.)

This was after a strength training workout that left me panting and sweaty. Sadly, this photo doesn't accurately represent how red I was. Imagine a boiled lobster blushing.

So, lets see who can look the grossest!
